When He Left Me and Love Behind

My boyfriend took me to a cruise party, where we encountered strong wind and waves, and both I and his female colleague fell into the water.

Without any hesitation, he jumped into the river but swam further away, allowing the river to swallow me.

I was saved and found on a riverside. The next day in the hospital, I saw his female colleague's social media post: [Can't believe my first kiss was artificial respiration! How should I repay this life-saving favor?]

All of our mutual friends were looking at me, his officially recognized girlfriend, for a response.
