The Alpha Proposed to My Sister While I Was Dying

I was already dying when my Alpha rejected me.

Under the full moon, before the elders and the entire pack, Alpha Vaelor Nightborne chose another woman as his Luna—the girl raised in my home, the one who once called me sister.

The pack howled in celebration.

My daughter looked up at me and whispered,

“Moon Mother… maybe she can be my Luna now.”

That was when I knew I wasn’t being abandoned.

I was being erased.

So I let them believe I died—my bond broken, my wolf burned to ash.

But a Luna cast aside does not stay dead forever.
