The day I won the lottery, my dad called to say that my sister-in-law Lori was pregnant.

I immediately quit my job, gave Lori a big amount of money, and prepared to go back to my hometown to take it easy.

At the dinner table, I deliberately joked that I was unemployed.

Unexpectedly, Lori's expression changed instantly. "Jacelyn, are you planning to freeload? I just got pregnant, and the doctor said I need to rest. Why don’t you move out?"
