Five Years of Nothing

My boyfriend of 5 years gave me a chocolate cake at his new assistant's birthday party. My allergy flared up, I almost died, and when I woke up, he wasn't by my side. That's when I realized he was just using me to grow his company. My mom suddenly texted me saying she had found someone to be my future husband.

"Alright, Mom. Please arrange the wedding for me."

Then my boyfriend suddenly appeared. "You're getting married? To who? I never thought about marrying you anytime soon!"
