Five Years as His Backup,My Mate Was Rejected

I endured five years in a loveless werewolf marriage to Alex Brown.

He married me as a placeholder for his true love, Alice.

Despite my efforts to win his heart, he always chose Alice.

I suffered through his coldness, Alice's taunts, and the Brown pack's demands.

When our bond break agreement finally came due, I left without looking back, reclaiming my identity as a designer.

Alex, meanwhile, faced financial ruin due to Alice's greed.

A scandal erupted when Alice claimed to be pregnant with his child, only for the DNA results to prove otherwise.
