Alpha's substitute Lover

I was a low - ranking omega who sold myself to Alpha Lucian Thorne for $300,000 to be the stand - in for his true love, Vanessa Monroe. I endured humiliation, abuse, and degradation at the hands of Lucian and his pack. After being thrown off a cliff while trying to save Vanessa, I survived and spent five years abroad, reinventing myself as a successful cellular biology PhD named Emily. When I returned, Lucian, now obsessed with me, tried to win me back. I refused, revealing the truth about my mistreatment. Eventually, Lucian ended up in a coma after a car accident caused by a vengeful Vanessa, and I decided to reclaim my original name, Ashvale, as I continued to pursue my research dreams.
